Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Providing photos of the item and packaging will help us process your request faster.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
Restocking Fee
For returns not related to product defects or shipping errors, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee helps cover processing, handling, and operational costs.
